Burn calories with a little FUNK!!


Let me start by telling you, losing weight can be fun!!! By include this simple step, in your day-to-day activities. I know it's not as easy for everyone to lose weight, and I'll tell you a little secret of mine, after having my son I was 180 pounds, WOW!!! I know right, so over the months I started trying different things, and I finally GOT IT!!! 
MOVEMENT!! You hear all the time how Zumba can burn up to 1000 Cal in an Hour, and it's the exact same concept I used, but it's difficult to include a full hour of Zumba, with two toddlers running, school, work, and fulfilling my wifely duties. So what I did was, plug in the IPod and Danced throughout the day, or Pumped up the music while I'm "out and about". I love dancing, and hate following those crazy routines that I can never figure out, so I just did my own thing, and I quickly started noticing the difference. It's hard not to move those HIPS when the music is playing.... So PLAY away, get your "FUNK" on, and BURN those calories!!!
